From the home screen, go to 'Settings'. Scroll down and tap 'Safari'. Tap the 'Clear history and website data' option at the bottom. Confirm this by pressing 'Clear'.
Clear Safari cache on Mac
In Safari, go to 'Preferences'. Open the 'Advanced' tab. At the bottom, check the option 'Show Develop menu in menu bar'. In the newly appeared 'Develop menu', click on 'Empty caches'.

Tap More (3 dots) in the top right corner. Tap History > Clear browsing data. Choose a time period at the top. To delete everything, select Unlimited. Check the boxes next to 'Cookies and site data' and 'Cached images and files'. Tap Clear data
FireFox cache on Windows/Mac
Click on the menu button with the three horizontal lines. Click on 'Preferences'. Click on 'Advanced'. Click on the 'Network' tab. Click on 'Clear now' under 'Buffered web content'. You now have Mozilla Firefox in your web browser the cache emptied.
